Writing a review
When writing a review, we recommend that you consider the following pointers:

• Keep your review as to the point as possible. What was the best part, why would your recommend this experience, why wouldn’t you do the experience again?
• Please do not use the names of any of the instructors, persons or organisations involved in the provision of your experience
• Please do not personally criticise any individual within your review. This includes both the naming of individuals you wish to comment about, or wording your review such to be able to identify an individual.
• Do not use words which can cause offence within your review. This includes swearing, racism, sexism or any other words or terms that can be considered offensive.

By keeping to these simple guidelines we hope to develop useful content on the website that will help visitors which choosing experiences. We aim to consider and publish all reviews within 24 hours of posting.

Submitting a review
Upon submitting a review of any experience available through Experience Ecosse, we will consider the review and reserve the right to reject the review if we deem this necessary. We also reserve the right to reduce or truncate a review to ensure concise reviews are posted to the live website.

Your personal details
Please note that we will not share or publish your name or any other personal details we hold on file about you to our suppliers, agents or to our website or other publicly distributed material. Your name will be held on our systems for audit trail purposes. Please read or terms and conditions and privacy pages for more information about data protection and requesting a personal data report.

Staring system
You are asked to mark the experience out of ten, with one being the lowest and ten being the highest. Once your review is posted live to the website, your score will effect the average star rating for that experience. If you are the first person to post a review about that experience, the star rating will identically match the rating given in your review.
